About this Grant:
Stone and Oak Audio has been working with communities in Colorado for 5 years as a business. We love working with organizations, and its our mission to see events done well. We often hear about events happening that deserve to have good, clean, clear audio, but have no budget to fulfill the events. That’s when it happened: Lets support the Community that supports us!
The Stone and Oak Audio Production Grant (The Grant) is an in-kind donation and sponsorship solution to help more events and the communities they serve in Colorado. We would love to say yes to every event and give grants to everyone, however, this isn’t currently possible. We’ve formed the current Grant program as such:
A Voting Board of un-bias and undisclosed individuals votes on the organizations that apply and have submitted. Stone and Oak Audio has no voting members on this board, but rather helps to organize only. These events need to work within the following parameters to qualify.
Community focused.
200+ attendees.
1 day event.
Plan time for set up and tear down of event.
Receive an audio production quote from Stone and Oak Audio, following a consultation.
Be kind, generous, and flexible to seek out the best in others and for the outcome of the event.
Be willing to list Stone and Oak Audio as a key/title sponsor of the event. Help us help more.
16 awarded grants per cycle. 1 full in-kind audio production sponsorship. 5 runner up in-kind audio production sponsorship at 50% off of quoted price. 10 runner up in-kind audio production sponsorship at 25% off of quoted price.
The Grant is currently in an infancy stage, which may develop and change over time. We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you with your mission!
Note: Received a Request for Application does not immediately qualify your organization for an awarded grant. This means that someone you know has suggested you, a member of the board has suggested you, or someone at Stone and Oak Audio has suggested you.
